Hey, I’m Antonina. I’m a yoga teacher & mindfulness instructor, and I created The Glow Method for women who are tired of going in circles. If you’ve ever thought,
"I know something needs to change, I just don’t know what," — this is for you.
I blend yoga, somatics, breathwork, and a deep-dive clarity process to help you understand your patterns, get out of your head, and finally feel at home in your body.
And no — I’m not going to tell you to “just let it go.”
I’m going to help you actually see what’s going on, so you can decide what to do about it yourself.

My Journey
Hey, I’m Antonina. I’m a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), currently finishing my Mindfulness Studies certificate at Lesley University, and the creator of The Glow Method.
I built this work from my own experience — rebuilding my life after loss, moving to a new country, and learning that real change starts in the body, not the mind.
Today, I help women do the same.
